Absolutely fabulous. Anna: eats bacon wrapped pizza James: I cant believe youre doing this Anna: neither can I Me: thats a regular Friday night. I had that poster shown in this video, on my wall for years, even after moving it came with me and I'd put it up again. I loved hearing her sing.

Loooove. She looks so cool I want to hang out with her 😁😊. I was so very blessed to get to see her several times in concert since we share our hometown of Tucson! Have always loved her, from the first time I heard Stone Poneys on the radio as a child, even before I knew she was from Tucson, to completely wearing out my vinyl copy of Heart Like a Wheel, to my daughter and I singing our hearts out with her to Canciones de Mi Padre, to my infant son being soothed (along with me) by the then newly released Cry Like a Rainstorm. Howl Like the Wind, to the amazing collaborations of Trio and Trio II (my family has instructions to play “Farther Along” at any sort of memorial they might have for me. Im so terribly sad that she has had to stop singing because of her health issues, I know what its like to be inhibited from doing what you love and want because of illness, but I am eternally grateful that theres such a treasure trove of her music for all of us to enjoy forever. God Bless you, Linda.

Bad interviewer. Best actress/actor in Ozark 10/10. The photographer on what he did, why he did it, and how it all began. Bill Cunningham in the Sheep Meadow in Central Park on Easter 1967, with his first camera, a half-frame that cost 35. Credit. This article was first published in 2002. The author, a longtime Times photographer, died on Saturday. I STARTED photographing people on the street during World War II. I used a little box Brownie. Nothing too expensive. The problem is Im not a good photographer. To be perfectly honest, Im too shy. Not aggressive enough. Well, Im not aggressive at all. I just loved to see wonderfully dressed women, and I still do. Thats all there is to it. As a kid, I photographed people at ski resorts — you know, when you got on the snow train and went up to New Hampshire. And I did parties. I worked as a stock boy at Bonwit Teller in Boston, where my family lived, and there was a very interesting woman, an executive, at Bonwits. She was sensitive and aware, and she said, “I see you outside at lunchtime watching people. ” And I said, “Oh, yeah, thats my hobby. ” She said, “If you think what theyre wearing is wrong, why dont you redo them in your minds eye. ” That was really the first professional direction I received. I came to New York in 1948 at 19, after one term at Harvard. Well, Harvard wasnt for me at all. I lived first with my aunt and uncle. I was working at Bonwits in the advertising department. Advertising was also my uncles profession. Thats why my family allowed me to come here and encouraged me to go into the business. I think they were worried I was becoming too interested in womens dresses. But its been my hobby all my life. I could never concentrate on Sunday church services because Id be concentrating on womens hats. While working at Bonwits, I met the women who ran Chez Ninon, the custom dress shop. Their names were Nona Parks and Sophie Shonnard. Ailsa Mellon Bruce was the silent partner. Those two women didnt want me to get mixed up in fashion either. “Oh, God, dont let him go near it. ” You have to understand how suspect fashion people were then. But finally, when my family put a little pressure on me about my profession, I moved out of my uncles apartment. This was probably in 1949. Image Credit. Anthony Mack I walked the streets in the East 50s, looking for empty windows. I couldnt afford an apartment. I saw a place on 52nd Street between Madison and Park. There was a young woman at the door, and I said: “I see empty windows. Do you have a room to rent? ” She said, “What for? ” And I said, “Well, Im going to make hats. ” She told me to tell the men who owned the house that I would clean for them in exchange for the room on the top floor. So thats where I lived, and thats where my hat shop was. Elizabeth Shoumatoff, the artist who was painting President Franklin D. Roosevelt when he died, brought in Rebekah Harkness, Mrs. William Hale Harkness. She and the ladies from Chez Ninon sent clients over. They had to climb all those stairs, and the stairs were narrow. The place had been a speakeasy in the 1920s. There was a garden in the back with a lovely old Spanish fountain, all derelict. Thats where I had my first fashion show. The only member of the press who came was Virginia Pope of The Times. I got to know her very well years later — saw her almost every Friday for tea. But anyway, her rule was to go herself to see any new designer. So there was this lovely, gracious lady at my first show, and the next day in The Times there was a little paragraph: “William J. ” See, I didnt use my last name. My family would have been too embarrassed. They were very shy people. This was maybe 1950. To make money, I worked at a corner drugstore. At lunchtime, Id stop making hats and run out and deliver lunches to people. At night, I worked as a counterman at Howard Johnsons. Both jobs provided my meals, and the dimes and nickels of my tips paid for millinery supplies. Society women were coming to get hats. It was a good education, but I didnt know it. I didnt know who these people were. It didnt mean anything to me. And then, of course, you get to realize that everybodys the same. I made hats until I went into the Army. I was drafted during the Korean War. When I came out in 1953, I was still looking for empty windows. I found one on West 54th. John Fairchild had just come back from Paris to run Womens Wear Daily in New York, and he knew the ladies of Chez Ninon. John said to me, “Why dont you come and write a column for us. ” Of course, the ladies at Chez Ninon were thrilled: “Oh, good, get him away from fashion. Make him a writer. ” They didnt realize what John was really up to. He thought, Now, Ive got the inside track on the clients at Chez Ninon, which was every Vanderbilt and Astor that there was. Plus Jackie Kennedy. What John didnt realize was that the people at Chez Ninon never discussed the clients. Private was private. I had never written anything, but John was like that. He wanted to turn everything upside down. He just said, “Write whatever you see. ” He was open to all kinds of ideas — until I wrote a column about Courrèges. When I saw his first show, I thought, Well, this is it. But John killed my story. He said, “No, no, Saint Laurent is the one. ” And that was it for me. When they wouldnt publish the Courrèges article the way I saw it, I left. They wanted all the attention on Saint Laurent, who made good clothes. But I thought the revolution was Courrèges. Of course, in the end, Saint Laurent was the longer running show. So Fairchild was right in that sense. After that, I went to work for The Chicago Tribune, for Eleanor Nangle. She had been there since the 1920s. A wonderful woman. The best of the best. The Tribune had an office in New York, in the Times building. One night, in about 1966, the illustrator Antonio Lopez took me to dinner in London with a photographer named David Montgomery. I told him I wanted to take some pictures. When David came to New York a few months later, he brought a little camera, an Olympus Pen-D half-frame. It cost about 35. He said, “Here, use it like a notebook. ” And that was the real beginning. I HAD just the most marvelous time with that camera. Everybody I saw I was able to record, and thats what its all about. I realized that you didnt know anything unless you photographed the shows and the street, to see how people interpreted what designers hoped they would buy. I realized that the street was the missing ingredient. Theres nothing new about this idea. People had been photographing the street since the camera was invented. At the turn of the 20th century, the horse races were the big thing. Lartigue was just a boy then. But the Seeberger brothers in France were taking pictures. They, and others, were commissioned by lace and fabric houses to go to the grand prix days at the Longchamp, Chantilly, Auteuil and Deauville racetracks and photograph fashionable women. The resulting albums were used as sample books by dressmakers. Vogue and Harpers Bazaar were doing a similar thing, but they photographed only name people at society events. And Womens Wear has been photographing socialites and celebrities for years. But the difference for me is I dont see the people I photograph. All I see are clothes. Im only interested in people who look good. Im looking for the stunners. I started taking pictures for The Times in the early 70s, though my first street fashion appeared in The Daily News. Bernadine Morris, whom I had known since the 50s, said to Abe Rosenthal: “Take a look at his work. You have all these sections to fill. ” Then I got to know Arthur Gelb, and one day I told him about this woman I had been photographing on the street. She wore a nutria coat, and I thought: “Look at the cut of that shoulder. Its so beautiful. ” And it was a plain coat, too. Youd look at it and think: “Oh, are you crazy? Its nothing. ” Anyway, I was taking her picture, and I saw people turn around, looking at her. She crossed the street, and I thought, Is that? Sure enough, it was Greta Garbo. All I had noticed was the coat, and the shoulder. Arthur was marvelous. I came in that morning in late December 1978, and no one was in the department except Mimi Sheraton, the restaurant critic. I showed her the Garbo picture. She stopped typing, got up, and away she went with the picture. Minutes later, the phone rang, and Mimi said: “Come down here, Bill. Arthurs desk. ” Arthur looked at the picture and said, “What else do you have like this? ” I had been hanging out at the corner of 57th and Fifth, and I said, “A picture of Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney, the king and queen of Spain, a Kennedy in a fox coat. ” I also had a picture of a woman who turned out to be Farrah Fawcett. I didnt know. See, I never go to the movies, and I dont own a television set. Arthur said, “Lets run these. ” The next day, Dec. 30, there was a half page of pictures in the Metropolitan Report. I never bothered with celebrities unless they were wearing something interesting. Thats why my files wouldnt be of value to anyone. I remember one April in Paris Ball when Joe DiMaggio came with Marilyn Monroe. But I was mesmerized by Mrs. T. Charlton Henry of Philadelphia. So chic. Shed take the train up in the morning to Penn Station and walk to Bergdorf, to be there when it opened. And when she came in, shed say, “Good morning, Miss Ida, ” “Good morning, Miss Elizabeth. ” She knew everyones name. Back in the 60s, I remember that Eleanor Nangle and I were sitting at one of Oscar de la Rentas first shows in New York when she heard antiwar protesters down in the street. She said: “Come on, Bill, were leaving. The action isnt here. ” We got up and skipped out of the show. I knew from photographing people on the streets that the news was not in the showrooms. It was on the streets. At The Times, when Charlotte Curtis was covering society, she called me one Easter Sunday and said, “Bill, take your little camera and go quickly to Central Park, to the Sheep Meadow. ” That morning I had been on Fifth Avenue photographing the Easter parade. So I got on my bike and went up to the Sheep Meadow, and there before me were all the kids — the flower children. All these kids dressed in everything from their mothers and grandmothers trunks, lying on the grass. It was unbelievable. It was all about the fashion revolution. And it was because Charlotte Curtis had called me on the phone. MOST of my pictures are never published. I just document things I think are important. For instance, Ive documented the gay pride parade from its first days. It was something we had never seen before. I documented every exhibition that Diana Vreeland did at the Met, but every picture is of her hand on something. I do everything, really, for myself. I suppose, in a funny way, Im a record keeper. More than a collector. Im very aware of things not of value but of historical knowledge. I remember when Chez Ninon was closing in the mid-70s. I went in one day, and the files were outside in the trash. I said to the secretary, “Well, I hope you gave all the letters from Jackie Kennedy and Mrs. Rose Kennedy to the Kennedy Library. ” And she said, “No, they kept a few, but they felt that the rest were too personal, so they threw them out. ” I rescued everything I could and still have it. I go to different places all the time. And I try to be as discreet as I can. My whole thing is to be invisible. You get more natural pictures that way, too. The only place where I really hung out was the old Le Cirque on 65th Street. My friend Suzette, who did the flowers there, has been with Sirio Maccioni since he got off the boat from Europe, when he was a captain at the old Colony restaurant. Everyone said Suzette tipped me off, but she couldnt have cared less about who was there. Most people wouldnt believe that anyone would be so dumb to come every day and stand for two hours without knowing whether somebody was coming out. But I like the surprise of finding someone. Most photographers couldnt do what I do because of deadlines. You spend days, weeks, years waiting for what I call a stunner. I think fashion is as vital and as interesting today as ever. I know what people with a more formal attitude mean when they say theyre horrified by what they see on the street. But fashion is doing its job. Its mirroring exactly our times. The main thing I love about street photography is that you find the answers you dont see at the fashion shows. You find information for readers so they can visualize themselves. This was something I realized early on: If you just cover the designers in the shows, thats only one facet. You also need the street and the evening hours. If you cover the three things, you have the full picture of what people are wearing. I go out every day. When I get depressed at the office, I go out, and as soon as Im on the street and see people, I feel better. But I never go out with a preconceived idea. I let the street speak to me.

Samuel, one of the best ones so far! I think you should keep the trend of the Black and White videos. It makes you concentrate more on the story and the message. Awesome. The interviewer is actually nervous. That's an unfortunate outfit choice to meet Anna Wintour. Here's the rest regarding the book, Freddy, and Jason. I wasn't able to fit everything on the first. The Book of the Dead: Naturom Demonto, also known as the book of the dead, is ancient Summerian text bound in human flesh and inked in human blood, containing numerous spells and prophecies. The book itself is regarded by Dr. Reinhard, after falling under its influence, as a gateway for entities that lurk beyond. Creation of the book is not entirely known but it is believed that it was created by an individual under the influence of the Dark Ones. The Dark Ones were a race of god-like entities that existed long before life and light was breathed into it and were regarded as beings of darkness and chaos. When life and light where finally brought to the universe, the Dark Ones were cast out of it and forced to live in another dimension referred to as the Void. The Dark Ones would be able to act in this world through the book which carved a path of slaughter throughout history. The book would be lost for hundreds of years in Sumeria before being discovered by archaeologist Dr. Raymond Knowby. Knowby took the book with him and his wife to a cabin in the woods where he would translate the book. Inadvertently, Knowby recited a demonic resurrection spell which unleashed the Entity. The Entity is a spiritual manifestation of the Dark Ones which appears almost independent from them in its psychotic, demonic personality. Raymonds wife would then become possessed by the Entity thus forcing him to chop her up to ensure that she would remain dead. Raymond would inevitably commit suicide in the fruit cellar of the cabin when he realized that the Dark Gods, of which he expressed that he was beginning to hear in his mind (He revealed this on his tape recorder. Raymond would go on to state that he believed that the Dark Ones had wanted him to find the book so that “Their dead words could be spoken once more on the living tongue. ” Before hanging himself in the fruit cellar, Raymond would try to scribble out the translations of the book as the book seemed unable to be destroyed. Unfortunately Knowbys work would not end when Ash and his friends would go to the cabin for a weekend getaway, with Linda using the advantage to reveal to Ash that she was pregnant. The book would be found in the cabins cellar later on that night, after Linda left on a walk after a fierce argument between herself and Ash regarding their child with Ash at the time searching for her. Scott would be at the cabin, searching out the horrible that had been bugging him since the beginning of the trip, where he would uncover the fruit cellar and with it, the deceased Dr. Knowby and the book. The trio being in shock and horror, bringing up the corpse, his recorder, and the book which was encased in multiple trash bags and barb wire, Scot played the tape in hopes of figuring out what happened but in turn had played Knowby recitation of the demonic resurrection passage. With the Entity released once more, it would possess the forest and rape the lost Linda. Ash would find her minutes later, harmed but alive as well as traumatized. Ash would bring the traumatized Linda back with him to the cabin as events unfolded with the discovery of the dead Dr. Knowby, the book, and the recorder. Bringing her in the four discuss going to the police after the events to which they agree, Scott and Cheryl take Ashs to go to the police. Consoling Linda, Linda tells Shelly and Ash that need to get out of here and that there is something in the woods. Driving through the woods, Scott and Cheryl come to a halting stop as they find that the bridge they had come in on is destroyed leaving them trapped. Returning to the cabin, the four discuss calling for help only to find that none of their phones work. As they discuss further courses of action, Linda begins to act irrationally before floating in the air revealing that she is now become possessed by the Entity before collapsing. Startled by the scene, Shelly attempts to check on her only for her friend to narrowly gouge her eyes out before releasing a torrent of black blood from her mouth. Linda is forcibly thrown and locked in the cellar, much to Ashs disagreement, as they try to figure out whats going on. As the night progresses, Shelly inevitably becomes possessed, as a result of the exposure to Lindas tainted blood and the wounds inflicted upon her, and brutally attack Scott with a knife. Ash manages to distract Shelly, receiving the brunt of her attack then as she repeatedly beats Ash and hacks off his hand before being subdued by a shotgun wielding Cheryl. Cauterizing Ashs wound, the trio struggle to understand what is going on before Scott realizes that it all started when they found the stuff in the basement. Suddenly the recorder begins playing again, revealing more on their situation and confirming that what is happening to them is in fact supernatural. Realizing that they need to get out of here, Scott volunteers to go out into the woods and find help much to Ashs disagreement as Cheryl forces him to rest and conserve his strength. As the night progresses, Ash soon wakes up after having passed out from the physical trauma of having to cauterize his wound and quickly greeted by the seemingly un -possessed Linda at the cellar. Questioning her, the possessed Linda begs Ash to free her to which Ash tearfully refuses. Ash is suddenly grabbed and tossed across the room then by a possessed Cheryl whom attempts to free the possessed Linda. Ash manages to grab the shotgun though and points the shotgun at her, begging her to stop and not force him to kill her. The possessed Cheryl goes onto belittle Ash then, expressing how he is weak and the two demonically possessed girls then begin to scream that they will all be “DEAD BY DAWN! ”. The possessed Cheryl then attempts to rush Ash forcing him to shoot her, seemingly killing her. Realizing he had to be sure, Ash tearfully takes his sisters corpse to the tool shack to dismember her. Restraining her, the possessed Cheryl temporarily appears to be normal and begs Ash to let her live, forcing him to reflect on how he always protected and saved her to which he cries that “I am. ” Before dismembering her with a chainsaw and burying her. Returning to the cabin, Ash finds that Linda has broken free and attempts to kill him forcing Ash to lock her out. Locking the cabin, barricading the doors, Ash hears Scott at the door begging Ash to let him in too which Ash tearfully states that he cant as he hears Scott brutally killed. Locked in, whether it is the Entity messing with Ash or Ash slowly losing his mind, the cabin seems to come alive with cabinets opening and closing and the mounted deer head among other things laughing at him saying that he will be dead by dawn. Ash hears a window shatter then, and goes to look in one of the rooms where it appears that nothing is there before Ash is quickly assaulted by a possessed Scott and later, after breaking in, the possessed Linda. Blasting off Scotts head, using up his last shell, in his confrontation with Cheryl, Ash is forced to beat in Lindas head with the butt of the shotgun. The possessed Linda, now dead, briefly appears before Ash as in her original state with her head caved in. Ash begins to laugh/cry hysterically, before collapsing to the floor as he screams. Ash is inevitably found in the cabin, sitting in the corner traumatized, by a couple of traveling hikers whom call the police afterwards. Being the only survivor, with most his prints on the murder weapons, Ash is quickly believed to be the murderer with his story only further seeming to confirm his insanity. Ash is then sentenced to Kenward County Asylum after where he underwent psychiatric evaluation by Dr. Reinhard. Ashs nightmare though would not end as Dr. Reinhard would come into possession of the Naturom Demonto, believing it to be key to Ashs mental state. Dr. Reinhard would soon enough fall under the influence of the Dark Ones and their promises of power and unleashes the evil upon Kenward County. Now it is up to Ash and Sally Campbell, a newspaper reporter whom came to Ash before searching for the truth about the murders, to stop the evil and save Kenward County. Freddy Krueger Biography: Childhood: According to stray cultist Lewis Erwin, despite legends claims, Freddy was not the child of a hundred maniacs and his mother was not a nun. Born on September 11th, 1948, Freddy was the bastard son of the abusive Robert and the victimized Heather Krueger. Growing up in a broken home, his father working as a janitor at the local chemical plant which barely supported them, Freddy and his mother would often be subjected to brutal, drunken beatings. In 1961, when Freddy was no older than three, his mother slit her wrists in the bath tub with a fillet knife where she was found by the young Freddy. Picking up the bloodied blade, in likely confusion, when Robert came home, the drunken man believed that Freddy had been the one who killed his mother. Still raising Freddy, Robert became even more abusive of Freddy with him going as far as sticking cigarettes into his arm and beating him with his belt. A likely key to Freddys current mental state, during the beatings, Robert would often dub Freddy as being ‘pure evil and ‘rotten to the core which may have led Freddy down the path of a true psychopath as he began to take out his aggressions on small animals finding that he actually enjoyed inflicting pain upon others. When Freddy was no older than 10 years old, he accepted his fathers claims as more than truth now but a part of himself and pushed his father down the stairs. His father, being a well known drunk in Springwood, was believed have simply fallen down the stairs in a likely drunken stupor. Freddy was taken in by Amanda Martin, sister of Heather Krueger and devote Christian, who cared and attempted to raise Freddy in a good, wholesome environment. Unfortunately, Amandas religious devotions and attempts to lead Freddy on that path failed as they did nothing if not teach Freddy to better hide his murderous instincts. Inevitably Freddy grew tired of Amanda and on October 31st, 1957, Amanda Martin went missing, strongly suggesting that Freddy had killed her. The Springwood Slasher: 5 years after Amandas ‘disappearance, in 1972, Freddy took up a job at Springwood Elementary as a groundskeeper. To the parents of Springwood, Freddy as a kind young man whom loved to play with children but that was far from the truth. Shortly after Freddy had begun working at Springwood Elementary, children gradually disappearing with bodies showing up later covered in lacerations as well as showing some signs of sexual abuse. With this spree of child murders/rape, the media dubbed the killer ‘The Springwood Slasher and his identity remained unknown for 2 years as he claimed the lives of Springwoods children. In truth the killer was in fact Freddy, whom social disguise as a caring man had successfully pushed the police off of his trail as he continued. Unfortunately, Freddy grew sloppy in his work according to Lewis and was caught and sent to trial. Fortunately for Freddy, and unfortunately for the parents of all of his victims, a foul up in the court system due to Freddy not being read Miranda Writes and the judge apparently having been drunk resulted in Freddy being exonerated. While freed from a potential sentence in prison, Freddy was not freed from death itself as the parents of Springwood united together and hunted Freddy down when they confronted him at the abandoned chemical plant. It was there, cornered in the boiler room of the chemical plant, the parents confronted Freddy as they doused him with gasoline. Confronted, Freddy revealed his true self to the parents as his fear shifted to cruel humor as he mocked the parents and taunted them over how brutally he killed their children. Threatening them to light him, before bursting into flames, Freddy stated that “ID RATHER BURN UP THAN FADE AWAY! ” Before burning to death. From what is explained by Lewis then is that while dead, Freddy found a way out of hell and a way back. Jason Voorhees Biography: Even before Jason was born, he was essentially destined to become the vengeful killing machine that he would be. In my working fan script "Friday the 13th: Crystal Lake Memories" Jason's father and source of reanimative power stemmed from an ancient entity which existed within the land of Crystal Lake. A wendigo, a vengeful Native American spirit of the lonely places with (In this version) an insatiable blood lust. Over the course of Crystal Lake's history, Native Americans wouldn't dare touch the land as they consider it to be impure and as well as dangerous. Inevitably the first colonist of Crystal Lake came an colonized the land not far from Crystal Lake in what would be Cunningham Township. Within that time, many attempted to settle the land but fell to madness and murder such as in 1878 when a woodsman went mad and killed all of his friends and in 1937 when a man drowned his children in the lake before blowing his brains out. It would seem though that this was not enough for the spirit, influencing the wills of others and pushing them towards madness, and thus it sought a way to bring its eternal rage and hate to the physical world. It got just that in the form of Pamela Voorhees in 1951 where she among her friends and boyfriend Elias Miller whom went to Crystal Lake for a weekend getaway. One by one though they are all slaughtered before ending with Elias whom is shockingly stabbed in the gut by Pamela whom is revealed in the flashbacks to have been under the influence of the Wendigo. Staring blankly at the corpse of her former love, the Wendigo, assuming a humanoid form, approaches Pamela. Falling to her knees, the Wendigo pets the side of Pamela's face as it pushes aside the bloodied locks. Less a day later, Pamela is found in traumatized and is brought to the hospitable where it is revealed that she is pregnant despite having been found earlier to have had Ovarian Cancer. Likely unable to cope with the sheer psychological trauma, Pamela's mind may likely suppressed of most of the murders including the conception of her child between herself and the Wendigo. Revealed to her in her hospital room, the police leave Pamela believing more than likely that the child is the offspring of the murderer. When asked by a nurse what she was going to name her child, Pamela smiles as she holds her stomach states "Jason. Jason would be born around July 13th, 1952. Unlike in the movies version, Jason was born with a condition similar to osteopetrosis where he had abnormally thick bones coupled with deformities resulting from them. Given Jason's unique condition, resulting retardation and scoliosis among other things, Pamela was forced to take up many numerous odd end jobs around town to support Jason's medical bills. However this proved to be not enough as soon enough Pamela and Jason's home was faced with foreclosure. There was a light in this situation though as with the recent construction of a camp at Crystal Lake, they were hiring. Likely, subconsciously, fearful still of the entity and its potential plans for her/its son, Pamela was at first nervous to take up the job and return but with the banks knocking on her door, she had no choice. Taking a job as a cook at Crystal Lake, she took Jason with her as for the fact that she was afraid of leaving Jason alone and wasn't very well trusting of others to watch over her son. Asking the counselors to keep a close eye on Jason, Pamela had hoped that this would keep her son safe but that was far from the truth. Jason relentlessly tormented by a group of bullies at the camp whom mocked him for his physical appearance. Even worse, Jason began experiencing sort of visions and nightmares of the Wendigo implying the connection between the two. Inevitably, near the end of summer, Jason had enough of being brutalized and during one particular torment, Jason struck his one of his abusers. Enraged by Jason's sudden show of bravery, the group chased Jason through camp, throwing rocks at him as they ran him to the docks where a shot to the head sent Jason into the lake. Likely suffering a concussion, coupled with his high bone density and inexperience swimming, Jason succumbed and drowned in the lake. Where were the counselors during this point? As Pamela stated and what the police ultimately forced them to reveal, they had been busy having sex and doing drugs. Pamela was heartbroken by this, having lost her son, and for four months the police looked for Jason. Jason was decreed dead on the day he drowned on August 20th, 1963. The fact of the matter remained though that with Jason's condition and the lake, they police and locals believed that Jason was simply dead and had drowned. That was far from the truth as a year later we see a scene of Jason's body lying alongside a stream as his eyes shoot open and turn brown. Brown like the Wendigo's eyes. This serves to imply that the reason why the Wendigo conceived Jason was to have a sort of vessel or avatar through which it could act. In 1975, the first attempt to revitalize Camp Crystal Lake failed as Jason killed two of the counselors something of which later people believed had been done by Pamela. With Pamela, the event had taken a toll on her mind as she was became reclusive and withdrawn from the world. According to her psychiatrist, Dr. Henry Jarvis, for the time that Pamela had been with him he believed that Jason's death may have opened up a sort of mental fissure from which pain that she had long since repressed was now surfacing. Inevitably Pamela would succumb to her madness on July 13th, 1979, where she killed several people before she herself was killed. Likely discovering the scene later, recognizing his mother, Jason took her head and thus began the new legend of Jason Voorhees after a year later when Alice Hardy was found killed. From the rest it follows the rest of the original 3 movies as on June 12th-June 13th, 1984 began the Hackinsack Lodge Murders, leaving Ginny Field as the sole survivor, and the Higgins Haven Massacre on November 12th, 1984. Assumed dead after having taken a hatchet to the head, Jason was taken to Cunningham County Hospital's morgue where he reanimated and killed the coroner as he made his way home. Differing from the original Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter, it was the Duke family that Jason encountered and killed leaving a young Creighton as the sole survivor of the hockey masked maniac before Jason disappeared. Now for the films, the original quadrilogy exists in this universe as they were based off of these murders as Paramount sought to capitalize on this and made a series of films based off of the story of Jason and Pamela. The fourth film was not as much of a true story as Creighton's family, the one's having taken him in after his mother, father, and older sister were brutally murdered by Jason. These relatives of Creighton threatened to sue Paramount if they attempted to use their family's tragedy to sell tickets and thus Paramount altered the story a bit with it instead being told about the fictional Jarvis family and the supposed death of Jason. The public as a result of this believed that Jason was truly dead as to further sell the movie, Paramount set a fake tombstone for Jason in Cunningham County's cemetery to further support the movie. Still yet the people of Cunningham County knew the truth of the matter as for the next several years there was a state wide manhunt for Jason before it was called off in 1991. Before then there had been copy cats as on October 13th, 1989 was the short lived Roy Burns copy cat murders. However despite in 1991, having the search called off, there were a number of disappearances and unexplained murders before and after the event. Suggesting that Jason may still be out there. In terms of Jason and the Wendigo, the bond between them could be compared to that of Carnage from marvel with two entities becoming one singular. The Wendigo essentially molded Jason in its own image with its endless rage, likely influencing him. Gradually overtime the line between the two would have blurred as essentially Jason Voorhees and the Wendigo no longer truly existed anymore. What was left would be the sum of the two, Jason's memories coupled the Wendigo's endless bloodlust. That being creating the Jason you and I know. Despite this though, there are certain aspects of the original Jason that remains in this revenant as Jason seems to refuse to kill pets, children, and women visibly with child. It is also credited towards the Wendigo that Jason is able to reanimate himself and his supernatural strength. Description: In terms of childhood, his features are mildly retarded and shown some mild facial deformities. Basically a slightly dulled down version of the child Jason in Freddy Vs. Jason. In adulthood, his teeth become crooked, his skin is visibly paler with veins being faintly visible, and he has a hatchet scar over his left eye. In terms of a sort of Part 2 design, Jason's appearance bears a similarity towards bother the original and the 2009 Friday the 13th (Before the hockey mask. Basically 2009 with the added of overalls. From the events of part 3 and onward, Jason's appearance in clothing and mask is basically the same. However his encounter with Dedrick Duke, Creighton Father, and a shotgun. Receiving dual shotgun blast to the upper right of his chest and stomach, the third blast blew off the lower half of the mask is blown off shredding much of his lower facial tissue creating a scarred, zombie esque mouth. Later on in Season 2 it was revealed that Jason had taken Marcus's green camouflaged jacket (Optional) and a black long sleeved t-shirt with the addition of fingerless winter gloves. Killing a copycat, serving in the documentary, Jason gains a shiny new, chrome version of his mask. His left eye is later taken out by Creighton with a hunting knife leaving him with an rotten socket later on. In Season 3, Jason is reanimated by a bolt of lightning. After a few years underwater, Jason's clothes are visibly more decayed and his skin becomes a sickly, ashen grey with decay more obvious. He dons a mask similar to the one in Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Take Manhattan. Under his mask, Jason's face is greatly more decayed with the lower bones of his jaw more obvious and being held together by only a few tissues, skull being more visible, and some teeth having decayed away or missing. Basically a bit similar to Part 7's Jason. He is also covered in all sort of lake muck. In simpler terms, a basic balanced mix of Part 7 and 8 in terms of overall design. In the crossover with Ash in "The Death of Jason Voorhees" with his powers coming back with being returned home to his source of power he had begun to heal back from his decayed state. Not super natural regeneration like Jason X, more like 1/10th of that, Jason body heals back with his scar being scarred and revealing some bone as is the natural result of healing from necrotic tissue of which he was largely composed of. He ascertains a new set of clothes and a mask from an electrician of which he stole a grey conti suit and a normal hockey mask from a hiker with 2 tear drop like chevrons near the eyes. After returning from Hell, Jason has undergone some changes. His skin, likely from the Hellfire, is now charred black with some splits revealing red tissue. The mask he gained has melted to his face and, potentially if you agree, has become rather translucent from the paint partially being melted off which gives us a faint view of Jason's face. The conti suit is darkened a bit, with burnt tears and rips from likely fights with Hell's residents. After having his mask ripped off by deadites, a large portion of his skull is revealed with very little tissue remaining on it. Jason and the Native American Wendigo Similarities. In terms of abilities they are similar as ‘Supernatural Hunting which makes them both impossible to escape such as both being unnaturally large, fast, and strong, immunity to the harshest climates (Harsh winters and fire) as well as heightened senses and endurance - Similar to Jason in the mainstream movie franchise, according to the lore, the longer a Wendigo walks the earth, the stronger its powers become such as in strength, speed, and healing. This is relatable in the fact that each time Jason comes back, he becomes even stronger than before. Hunger is considerably similar yet different as the mainstream Wendigo has an insatiable cannibalistic hunger while this variation, the Jason Wendigo, simply has a insatiable blood. They are similar in terms of the fact that no matter how much of it they get, flesh or killing, it will never be enough and it will never be satisfied. Both Jason and the Wendigo are territorial of the land they inhabit - Similar, yet digressional, Wendigos in Native American culture are capable of possessing a human typically in their moment of weakness be it near death or otherwise. The Wendigo in this seems different in terms of the fact that Jason is more or less its avatar if not having completely merged with it in terms of mind and soul. They are essentially one singular entity now - In terms of the central culture, the Wendigo is believed to drive its victims mad before fully possessing them. In this variation, similar, Jason in Crystal Lake Memories suffered nightmares and brief ‘visions of the Wendigo watching him from the woods foreshadowing Jasons future of becoming the Wendigos avatar. For some of you who are curious or confused, this is bio of my version of Jason thus far. Hope you enjoy it.

The sorting program has been improved again since last month: thanks to a bug report in a reply to last month's posting, it can now track alternate titles of films. As a result, it finds 200 more entries than it previously did, some of which are actually good films. My local copy of IMDB has also been updated. The anti-overrated-hispter-documentary filter that was suggested a while back is still in place, and apparently reasonably effective. If any computer types want technical details, please see this page and this page. The latter page discusses the recent fixes mentioned above. Hello freaks and psychos, now for the past few hours I have been trying to share the information on the two revamped slashers of our universe. Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees. Let's get started now. Freddy Krueger Biography: Childhood: According to stray cultist Lewis Erwin, despite legends claims, Freddy was not the child of a hundred maniacs and his mother was not a nun. Born on September 11th, 1958, Freddy was the bastard son of the abusive Robert and the victimized Heather Krueger. Inevitably Freddy grew tired of Amanda and on October 31st, 1977, Amanda Martin went missing, strongly suggesting that Freddy had killed her. The Springwood Slasher: 5 years after Amandas ‘disappearance, in 1982, Freddy took up a job at Springwood Elementary as a groundskeeper. It got just that in the form of Pamela Voorhees in 1961 where she among her friends and boyfriend Elias Miller whom went to Crystal Lake for a weekend getaway. Jason would be born around July 13th, 1962. Jason was decreed dead on the day he drowned on August 20th, 1973. Inevitably Pamela would succumb to her madness on July 13th, 1980, where she killed several people before she herself was killed. They are similar in terms of the fact that no matter how much of it they get, flesh or killing, it will never be enough and it will never be satisified. In terms of the central culture, the Wendigo is believed to drive its victims mad before fully possessing them. He later looses the mask in a confrontation with the Duke family. Onward though as we progress, the green shirt he wore becomes faded and he later takes a green winter army winter jacket and a pair of combat khakis. He later regains a version of his mask in Season 1 of Crystal Lake Chronicles which lacks the lower chevrons near the nose. Later into the end of Season 1, the lower half of the mask is blown off shredding much of his lower facial tissue creating a zombie esque mouth. He also receives dual shotgun blast to the upper right of his chest and stomach. His left eye is later taken out by a would be victim with a hunting knife leaving him with an rotten socket later on. In Season 2, Jason inevitably looses his broken mask revealing his deformed face. Scars form over his zombie esque mouth.

They make me wish I'd known my grandmother; I'm told she was a beacon of such style. Everyone else in my family sees clothing as nothing more than something to cover their bodies with. Its Foolish to wear Winter Clothes when its Still 80 outside. LOL.

It was cool. it is cool to see also same time photos when walking is happening. I'm waiting for the next video. Well I'm back for year two to try to keep up with last year and make my way through at least 100 horror movies. Movies will be chosen at random and I'll try to give a brief summary of what I liked/didn't like just like last year. October 1st: 1) Millennium Bug (2011. So millennium bug is the story of a family who goes camping in the mountains (supposedly to escape Y2K) only to get captured by a family of inbred rapist hillbillys. Then both the family and the hillbillys are attacked by a giant monster bug that comes out of the ground every thousand years because why not. Story is stupid as hell but in a fun way. The giant bug monster is practical effects and not cgi and of course everyone fucking dies. Not a top notch film but definitely enjoyable. (2) Cannibal Holocaust (1980. After recently watching Green Inferno I decided to go back and check out the original. Overall its a well made film if you're into the gritty type of violence it portrays. As I was reading Green Inferno reviews I saw a lot of complaints that it and these movies caused people to look at tribes in racist ways. However, after watching this film I could only sympathize with the tribe after seeing the actions of their "victims" The documentary crew that gets captured are the real villains of this film, not the various tribes. (3) Altergeist (2014. The first of what will probably be several shit paranormal investigator movies I watch while trying to find a new decent one. Boring set, effects, acting, story, etc. Don't watch it. (4) The House of the Devil (2009. This movie gets a lot of shit for nothing happening for most of the film, but that's the reason that I like it so much. The slow buildup to the final scene just feels so real its easy to identify with. October 2nd: 5) Cannibal Ferox (1981. Continued my journey through cannibalism and gave this one a shot. Its not bad but also not good in my opinion. While both this and holocaust were exploitation films, holocaust felt like a real movie while this just seemed like a repeat to try to get shock value. (6) The Quiet Ones (2014. A recent big screen release that was about half and half paranormal/demon. I liked the story but I wish they would have added a bit more to the horror elements. (7) Curse of Chucky (2013. Not the worst Chucky movie but still not really that great to me. I did think that the slightly redone doll was a bit creepier than previous versions. Of course it still has its usual weaknesses, like making you wonder how a grown man can be knocked down and left defenseless by a doll a long enough to have an ax driven into his face. Its also pretty amazing that Chuck is able to press the accelerator on a car from the passenger's seat, while also still being tall enough to look out of the window. October 3rd: 8) The Barrens (2012. I've always been a real fan of the jersey devil legend and this film did a really good job of incorporating it into a story. Acting was good and the creature was present but not the focus of the story, which is is the way I think crypto creatures have the best effect on an audience. (9) It Waits (2006. A pretty fun creature feature. I really like movies like this that are shot in the woods where the protagonists pretty much completely alone. (10) Fear Clinic (2014. I loved the original series of shorts that was done around this before it became a film. Even though this went in a slightly different direction I still really enjoyed it. The effects were good and Robert Englund is great yet again. October 4th: 11) Insidious 3 (2015. I really enjoyed this entry to the series. The acting wasn't really great all around, but I enjoy Lin Shaye. What I really liked was the creature and set design. Much more appealing than the second film in my opinion. The first is still my favorite but this one comes close for me. (12) The Visit (2015. I caught this with a few friends before it left theaters today and thought it was okay, but I honestly wouldn't even label it a horror film. The entire theater laughed throughout it except for the end when things got slightly more serious. I also called M. Shamallama's twisted about an hour before it was revealed and I'm pretty sure the rest of the theater did too. (13) Masters of Horror: Pro-life and The V-word (2006. I've watched pro-life a couple of times and I really enjoy it because of how weird it is. In my opinion it was a pretty unique way to play out a story about religion and abortion. The V-word I had never seen before and honestly I wasn't that impressed. I like to watch movies that involve funeral parlors but this one just seemed bland. October 5th: 14) Croc (2007. This is exactly what you think it is: a cheesy movie about a killer crocodile. Even though most of these are pretty terrible I've always enjoyed watching them ever since I saw Lake Placid when I was younger. This movie does feature Michael Madsen who does a good job at the type of character he plays. (15) The Haunting (2009. Apparently this movie was originally pretty decent, but unfortunately I saw the dubbed version. All I got out of it was a ghost story with horrible voice work. Probably my least favorite film of the challenge so far. (16) The Children of the Corn (1984. I've always found the idea of this movie pretty scary, but I feel like the movie can't really bring it to its full effect. I don't really like kids and I don't want to have kids, so killer children is definitely a creepy concept and the Isaac is a pretty weird religious fanatic, but at the same time they're just kids and they still get thrown around by the adults ultimately. Also those state of the art effects at the end of the movie are pretty great. (17) Elvira: Mistress of the Dark (1988. I've almost watched this movie so many times and when it started to auto-play after CotC I finally let it. Turns out I should have watched this movie so much sooner. I had always known Elvira was a bit of a horror icon but I since I'm only in my twenties I felt I had missed out on her popularity. After watching this movie I'm definitely going to back and watch some of her movie macabre. Every dumb play on words and innuendo joke is the type of stuff my friends and I constantly laugh about and I can't wait to see more. October 6th: 18) Paranormal Activity: Marked Ones (2014. Honestly by this point this series is just something mediocre to watch if there's nothing else on. I did find that this film had a bit more going on than the past couple. It was at least slightly entertaining. (19) The Collector (2009. A really great film that proves there's still room for the modern slasher in the horror genre. Very clever and gruesome deaths along with a like-able protagonist make this an enjoyable film. (20) House on Haunted Hill (1959. I really don't go back and watch very many movies past the 70's era but on the I hadn't seen this version of the film yet and decided to give it a go. I found it to be fairly enjoyable even with its age. I do enjoy Vincent Price and the other actors were up to par as well. (21) Grizzly (1976. A pretty standard bad horror movie about wild animals attacking. Its got the trademark of showing people screaming then cutting to random footage of a bear so you know its great. (22) Animal (2013. Another movie featuring a killer creature and some kids in the woods. This ones a bit better than grizzly though. The creature design was cool and I thought it was filmed well, not the most likable characters though. October 7th: 23) Exeter (2015. Demon possession with a scumfuck twist. Extremely unlikable characters and pretty shit acting. Decent amount of violence and some of the shit they do is just laughably ridiculous. (24) Halloween (1978. I've always been a fan of Halloween and its many sequels, even the bad ones. I used to watch them as a little kid and be terrified. Each time I re-watch them it reminds me of being little and actually being legitimately scared of horror films. Its a feeling thats very rare as an adult. (25) 3 Headed Shark Attack (2015. Another piece of perfection from Asylum. So basically someone engineered a mutant shark with three heads that eats garbage to keep the ocean clean. However it also likes eating people and that causes some problems. Several women are shown nude for no real reason, and eventually danny trejo chops off one of the three shark heads with a machete. No problem though because it ends up sprouting even more heads and turns into a 5 headed shark then eats spme more people. Also there's one 15 second scene where the shark almost doesn't look cgi, way to make strides Asylum. October 8: 26) 13 Nights of Elvira: Seedpeople - Pretty fun way to watch a bad movie. The movie was stupid as hell and already pretty funny and the added commentary makes it even better. October 9th: 27) The Blob (1958. One of the few classic movies that I enjoy. There's something hilarious about a ball of slow moving jelly wreaking havoc on a town. I will admit that this movie scared me when I first saw it at age six. I was afraid the blob would come get me in the night. (28) The Girl Next Door (2007. A truly horrifying film about the monsters that can hide in our very own neighborhood. I felt so bad for the victim of this movie. This movie wants to upset you and does its job well. (29) Prisoners of the Sun (2014. The "mummy movie" is an idea that I wish was explored more in horror films. While this film isn't great, it isn't horrible either and it doesn't use extremely crappy cgi for all of its effects. Overall it was an okay film. (30) 13 Nights of Elvira: Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death - Continuing my cannibalism viewing with something quite a bit different than the previous films. Completely ridiculous movie that makes fun of basic gender stereotypes. Not as enjoyable as some of the other "bad" movies that I've watched but still pretty funny. October 10th: 31) The Thirst (2006. Watched this movie because Clare Kramer was in it and I hadn't seen very much of her outside of BtVS. She did an alright job but overall this film was pretty disappointing. Annoying characters and story with effects that were over the top and cheap. (32) Wes Craven's New Nightmare (1994. I'm a big fan of anything from the nightmare on elm street universe and I actually really enjoy this entry. I think it was a fun and interesting way to add another film into a series that had piled on the sequels. October 11th: 33) Insidious 2 (2013. Probably my least favorite of the insidious series but I caught it on sci-fi today. I do think it does have its creepy moments. Especially with all of the veiled people. (34) House of 1000 Corpses (2003. One of my favorite horror movies. Absolutely love the set, costume and fx designs and Bill Moseley and Sig Haig are some of my favorite actors. Film is crazy and over the top in all the ways I love regarding horror. Since I've watched this you can expect to see Devil's Rejects popping up on the list in the next few days. (35) Night of the Demons (2010. An okay remake of the original. Even though they fall int stereotypes I found most of the characters to be pretty decent. The original was much scarier in my opinion. October 12th: 36) 1408 (2007. Not really that scary of a film but I remember being really tripped out when I saw it in theatres several years ago. Unfortunately it loses its effect after you've seen it a few times but its still an interesting story. (37) The Devil's Rejects (2005. Right near the top of my list for favorite movie, I watch the Devil's Rejects at least every October. Just like Ho1KC I love the setting and the cast. The characters slight behavioral change from house really ends up being an improvement and they're easily the most believable crazy murderers in horror in my opinion. (38) The Loved Ones (2009. Definitely an interesting way to tell a story about a crazed scorned woman. I was dying of anticipation hoping that the antagonists were going to end up getting fucked up. Luckily the film came through and they did. This is one film I would have been extremely disappointed in if the protagonist ended up dead. October 13: 39) Halloween (2007. I think people are probably about 50/50 on this remake but I really like it. I think the horrible home life at the beginning of the film adds to Michael's character. Most of the acting is pretty good and there's more than enough blood to meet slasher standards. (40) Fun Size Horror: Volume One (2015. Its not the best anthology out there, but there are a lot of fun shorts packed into this movie. Most stories are at least interesting for shorts, even if some of their effects are lacking. (41) Tremors 5: Bloodlines (2016. When I was a kid Tremors was one of the first monster movies that got me hooked on horror. I love the series even though its declined in quality over the years. I'm pleasantly surprised to see that this entry is definitely better than the third and fourth films. Creature design improved greatly and acting stayed on par. I'm happy that Michael Gross can still hop back in after all these years and be Burt. I do wish the film could have garnered an R rating so some of the more cheesy exclamations could be re-worded. October 14: 42) Friday the 13th: Part 3 (1982. Probably one of my favorite from the series. Jason finally gets a hold of his iconic hockey mask and becomes the killer we easily recognize. Story and deaths play out the way you would expect them too and its a solid satisfying slasher. (43) BtVS Season 6: All the Way" and "Once More with Feeling" 2001. I always watch a couple of Buffy episodes for halloween. The first episode I watched is the third halloween themed episode but probably the weakest. The episodes story isn't as interesting as the previous halloween entries. Once More with feeling is almost everyones favorite Buffy episode, and while it's no "Rocky Horror" it is very entertaining. (44) Crazy Eights (2006. So honestly when I watched this it was late and I may have been a bit drunk. I really don't remember much about this one, but I do remember that I thought the first part of the film was pretty boring. October 15: 45) eXistenZ (1999. Very weird trippy movie. I haven't watched very much Cronenberg but I'll probably check out some of his other stuff now. Definitely provides a pretty unique concept. I was pretty surprised when I saw the "game systems. October 16: 46) Evil Dead (1981. I prefer the sequel, but the first film is still pretty fun. Gotta love the excess gore and the demon effects. (47) The Descent (2005) 48) The Descent 2 (2009. Just going to write about both of these together. I really like the claustrophobic vibe of watching movies like this. I hate small spaces so its one thing that can still unnerve me in movies. In addition to that feeling, both of these films have a good amount of monster action and are very well done, especially when compared to similar films. (ex: The cave) October 17: 49) The Crazies (2010. A pretty fun remake about people I thought the premise was cool and it definitely had some interesting scenes, but I personally would have liked "the crazies" to have been a little crazier. (50) They Found Hell (2015. Yep I watched the "premiere" of this fine film on sci-fi last night. Honestly its a bit better than the average sci-fi production. The cgi and effects are a bit better than normal, though sometimes they're still laughable. Acting and story are what you would expect from the Saturday night special. October 18: 51) The Thaw (2009. A movie that preaches the need for change to fight against global warming by use of body dwelling insects. Pretty creepy movie, at least to me. The idea of the body being a host or something living under your skin has always unnerved me and the remote location adds to the tension. (52) The Cloth (2013. Easily the shittiest exorcism movie I've ever seen. Horrid acting and painted nerf gun demon blasters. Oh and they top bill Danny Trejo even though he's in the movie for a total of maybe five minutes. (53) The Lazarus Effect (2015. Another really disappointing film. Its not poorly made, its just dull. I was so interested in the concept when I saw the trailer but they could have done so much more with its execution. Maybe my hopes were just too high, but I think it was a big letdown. October 19: 54) 2survive (2015. Not too much to say about this one. It was in the horror section but probably shouldn't be. Highlights include a chick getting bitten in the face by a snake and a dude walking off a cliff. If that interests you maybe give it a shot, if not keep going. (55) Boo (2005. Run of the mill ghost movie. Not really great but it does get a few points for taking place on Halloween, so it at least puts you in the spirit a bit. October 20: 56) Scanners (1981. My second Cronenberg film of the list was also a positive experience. I thought the film pulled off a story built around the concept of psychics quite well and who doesn't love an exploding head. (57) Saw (2004. Even though some entries are weaker than others, saw is a good example to use in defense of the modern day slasher. Even though his methods are quite different that Jason's or Michael's, Jigsaw is still quite a menacing character. (58) Saw III (2006. I skipped two because I don't care for it that much, but I do like Saw III. This film has some of my favorite "games" out of the series and I think the ending fate of the main player is very interesting and pretty brutal. (59) See No Evil 2 (2014. Decided to give this a try because I watched the first film awhile ago and I ended up watching this one for the same reasons. Outside of watching some kills there's really not much to the movie. Forgettable characters with basically no story. October 21: 60) Sleepy Hollow (1999. I've always loved the legend of sleepy hollow and this is probably my favorite rendition of the film. Very good characters all around and amazing atmosphere. (61) Hellraiser: Hellseeker (2002. I really want to like this movie because I like the main character and I think it has a good opening, but it just gets too jumbled and falls apart in my opinion. Hellraiser really drops in quality after the first two films and especially after the third. (62) Alone with Her (2006. Pretty interesting movie. Definitely a good use of a cyber/tech stalker story. Creepy and pretty realistic. (63) From Dusk till Dawn (1996. I would never actually call this a horror movie because its just pure action but with vampires. Love all the fight scenes and the effects. Would definitely recommend this as a great party movie. October 22: 64) Crimson Peak (2015. Finally made it out to see this and I really enjoyed it. Setting was awesome as well as the story and acting. Liked the ghost design and the way that they were utilized in the film. Probably the best "ghost" movie that's been out this year and they aren't even the actual focus. (65) Hellraiser (1987. It took me so long to finally watch this series (first saw it last year) and I wished I had watched at least the first two sooner. I'm a big fan of Clive Barker and the movie is done quite well. Side note: if you're a fan of Doug Bradley I would recommend listening to his narration for some of Clive's books. (66) Halloween 6: TCoMM (1995. Bad sequel to cash in on the series a bit more. This is the one that focuses on the thorn bullshit. Not a huge fan of this entry. October 23: 67) Inside (2012. A dude finds himself in prison and wakes up his first night to everyone being murdered mething. Not a top notch film but I enjoyed it just because of the setting and idea and the effect it could have on your own imagination. (68) Re-animator (1985. I've always thought Lovecraft was great and this is a pretty good adaption of his work. The special effects and the gore are pretty quality too. Most of Lovecraft film adaptions seem to turn out pretty bad but its nice to have a really solid entry. (69) Monster Squad (1987. A really fun movie that's great for Halloween. I had never seen this one before and after watching it I wished I would have waiting a little longer because it would have been perfect for Halloween weekend. If you're ever attacked by wolfman just kick him in the nards. (70) The Pact 2 (2014) A disappoint sequel to one of my favorite netflix discoveries. The film just goes in a different direction and doesn't hold suspense nearly as well as the first film did. (71) Djinn (2013. Gave this one a shot because of the story topic but it was really a bland movie. Acting didn't keep your attention and overall it was just boring. October 24: 72) Tales of Halloween (2015. Been looking forward to this for some time now and I wasn't disappointed. Really enjoyed pretty much every segment and I think "Bad Seed" was my favorite. Definitely recommend making this part of your halloween viewing. (73) The 13th Unit (2014. People are trapped in a storage warehouse running from something. We don't really know what that something is because you maybe see it 2 seconds of the entire movie. Acting is pretty shitty and the atmosphere sucks, don't bother watching. (74) Big Bad Wolf (2006. Great werewolf film that doesn't take itself very seriously. Pretty likable protagonists and the fodder characters are devoured nicely. Worth a watch if you're looking for something to fill some time. October 25: 75) American Psycho (2000. Really interesting psychological slasher. The character of Bateman is a great portrayal of psychotic behavior and the ending definitely gives the viewer a lot to consider. (76) Hellraiser 2 (1988. A great follow up to the original and one of the only good films in the series outside of the original. Hellraiser 2 gives the audience a deeper view into the cenobite world (hell but at the same time not exactly hell) which I really enjoyed. (77) Gut (2012. An interesting movie concept that really doesn't turn out that well. The main characters "bad habit" was definitely pretty grotesque but the acting wasn't great and most characters weren't really likable. October 26: 78) Silence of the Lambs (1991. I know a lot of people debate if this movie should be considered a horror film or not, but to me it has all of the qualities of a horror. Regardless of what you choose to label it, its an amazing film. Anthony Hopkins Hannibal Lecter is wonderful. (79) Crawl or Die (2014. This is a hard one to judge. The film definitely wasn't great but it had potential. The way they utilized their budget was pretty great though. The tunnels provide a claustrophobic sense which I've said before I enjoy in film and if I had to guess provided a really cheap set. The creature in the movie turns out being an Alien knockoff, but its practical FX and even though its not the best it turned out pretty well for the budget it was built on. (80) Rise of the Animals (2011. So this movie is pretty terrible on most levels BUT its also funny as hell. Great movie to accompany any alcoholic adventures you might be having for the night. (81) Hellraiser III (1992. Figured I would go ahead and watch the third hellraiser as well since I've already viewed a few. This is probably the last truly decent film in the series. Its got a pretty good story that follows along at least sort of with the previous film. October 27: 82) Let us Prey (2014. A really great film based around the sins of the world. Liam Cunningham makes an excellent "reaper" and the film is shot quite well. Highly recommend this one. (83) You're Next (2013. A pretty good modern day slasher. Honestly didn't like this film much at first but its grown on me a bit. Its definitely one of the better slasher films where the killers are just normal people and don't contain any supernatural aspect. (84) To Jennifer (2013. A bit of a different take than the usual found footage story but still not great. It involves a LOT of yelling, which gets a bit tedious and obnoxious and you realize whats going on pretty quick. (85) An American Terror (2014. An interesting slasher/torture film. The main character is likable and the actings not too bad. The film also has a pretty interesting design for the killer and the killers "lair" October 28: 86) Smiley (2012. A cringey movie that tries to use internet culture as a story but fails pretty badly. But hey at least the killers mask is kinda cool. (87) Unnatural (2015. Part of the newest set of "8 films to die for" this one really isnt too bad. I like the setting and as I've already said have a soft spot for killer animal movies. Its nothing new or nothing amazing, but I enjoyed it. (88) The Attic (2007. I think this takes the place as my least favorite film for the month. Nothing interesting happens and the characters are fucking annoying. (89) Halloween 2 (2009. Not a great followup to Rob Zombie's remake which I really enjoyed. The characters don't seem to come off as well as they did in the first film and it just doesn't have the same effect. (90) The Strangers (2008. Probably one of my favorite modern slasher films. Its well done and seems very real. The fact that its brutal but is also very grounded in reality makes it quite effective at being unnerving. Especially if you happen to live in the middle of nowhere. October 29: 91) Lake Dead (2007. So besides the stupid name for the movie, this one ranks about average across the board. The universe once again puts a group of people in the woods and their just happen to be some incest-y family members around looking to cause trouble. (92) Black Rock (2012. Didn't care for this one much. I know that in stories where the protagonists survive there's always a bit of stretching to put things in their favor but this one was just a bit much. After killing one of the main cast with a dead on shot the "hunters" with military training proceed to miss their targets every time until out of ammo. It gets even worse when it turns into physical fighting and the main characters manage to keep struggling after getting the living shit beaten out of them. Its just too much of a stretch to be believable. (93) Dark Ride (2006. I really don't like any of the characters in this movie but I love the setting. Cheesy theme park horror rides are awesome and the one they have built for this film is pretty great. The villain also works well with maneuvering throughout the set in pretty creepy ways. (94) House of Fears (2007. I watched this one after dark ride to keep with the haunted attraction theme. This ones pretty good too but not as effective. The clown in this one is pretty fucking creepy though. (95) A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984. One of my favorite supernatural slasher films. Freddy is the perfect movie villain. He does horrible things and is able to stay scary while at the same time being so outrageous that you have to love him. Robert Englund does such a great job with Freddy and is such a nice dude. He does tons of events and if you ever get a chance to meet him you should do it. October 30: 96) Malignant (2013. Okay movie, had a pretty interesting concept but once again lTike many of the random streaming movies I've picked the acting wasn't really the best. (97) House of Horrors: Gates of Hell (2012. So this definitely isn't a quality movie but it does have some really cool factors to it. Apparently its based off an actual haunt in NY and the owners helped create the movie (maybe) Either way they do manage to do a lot with the budget they have to work with. (98) Return of the Living Dead: Necropolis (2005. Return of the living dead movies are some of my favorite zombie films. They're very gory and stick to basic zombie rules for the most part while also being very fun and campy films. The only complaint about this entry as that zombies start getting dropped pretty easily from body shots which breaks the film series and zombie's in general mythos. October 31: 99) BtVS Episodes: Halloween" and "Fear Itself. I watch these every single year because they're halloween spirited episodes. The first features people becoming their costumes because of a curse while the second features a haunted house coming to life. All around great show and these are definitely great picks for October viewing. (100) Halloween 2 (1981. I think as a kid I probably ended up seeing this one much more than even the original Halloween. Even though he's not scary any more Michael was a creepy dude during my childhood and I remember being tense during every kill scene. (101) The Omen (1976. This is actually the first year I've ever watched the omen all the way through. It was too slow to keep my attention as a kid and I kinda forgot about it. However, its actually a pretty decent movie with a good story. Enjoyed the way the photographer was utilized in the story. (102) The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975. Well I didn't make it out to a midnight screening this year but watching it is tradition so my girlfriend and I had fun watch it on the couch and occasionally singing and talking to the screen instead. Even without the full blown experience, we've seen it so times and its such a big part of celebrating Halloween for us that its still a good time just watching from home. THE END - R. I. P.

I thought it would be a video for straight man

RIP Bill. You are already missed. P.S. Bill, I am saving your lovely On the Street videos to watch later. The thought of there will be no more new videos make me very sad! Goodbye Bill. I hope god's aim will be better the second time around. The LEAST he/she/it could do is not obliterate the innocents. Bill could find fashion anywhere. It doesn't have to be NYC - but that is his long time home and he's able to move around easily. For example: he couldn't get around to everywhere in one night in a city like L.A. on a bike (or even in a car. he's such an inspiration. And, why clog your life up with kitchens and romance if the alternative could be something and someone as wonderful as Bill? Love him and loved this film.
